State Law:

Generally speaking, the state law you choose to apply should be the state where the Manager's business and the Artist are based.

Confidentiality Clause:

The confidentiality clause states that both the Manager and the Artist will keep all the terms and conditions contained in this agreement confidential. It also asserts that none of the terms or conditions shall be reproduced or distributed without receiving written permission from both Artist and Manager.

Contract Termination:

The Management Agreement provides that if the Artist does not receive a genuine employment offer within a certain number of consecutive months, then the Agreement can be terminated by either party. You enter how many successive consecutive months with no legitimate job offers must pass before either the Manager or the Artist can end this contract. For example:

Agent Or Manager Compensation:

The Management Agreement provides that the Manager's compensation will be a specific percentage of what the Artist receives for the work the Artist performs and agrees to perform. In other words, the Manager will be paid a certain percentage (you enter the percentage) for the professional services that the Artist agrees to do and actually does. For example, you will enter:

Peformance Fields:

For your Management Agreement you will need to enter a description of the types of professional employment that the Artist will be engaging in. The description does not need to be long, but it should cover the basic types of work the Manager will be seeking for the Artist. For example, for an actor or actress you might enter:

Length Of Contract:

For your Management Agreement we need to know how long the contract will last between the Manager and the Artist. In other words, for what period of time will the manager/artist relationship continue between the two parties. For example:

Effective Date:
